Is there anything Americans love more than playing sports and ogling famous people? (Short answer: Nope!) On Sunday, the All-Star Legends and Celebrity Softball game at Petco Park united these two favorite pastimes for one glorious afternoon. Attendees ranged from a scruffy Mark-Paul Gosselaar to a sexy-as-ever Nina Agdal … but just what were these stars thinking as they stepped onto the field? Read on to find out! (Disclaimer: No celebrities were consulted about what they were actually thinking.)

Jamie Foxx

“I could have just offered to sing the national anthem, but noooo, I had to play,” the Oscar winner sighed as he reached for the ball. (Photo: Rob Leiter/MLB Photos via Getty Images)

Mark-Paul Gosselaar

The Pitch star flashed his best Blue Steel–style gaze while posing for the camera. While Gosselaar was certainly making every effort to look like someone you didn’t want to mess with on the field, we can’t help but think that he was actually wondering if his beard was bushy enough yet for him move to Brooklyn and open something artisanal. Mark Consuelos

We like to believe that Kelly Ripa’s clean-shaven better half was thinking that he could pull off a gnarly beard like Mark-Paul, but alas, there can only be one mountain man on their new show this fall. (Photo: Brandon Means/MLB Photos via Getty Images)

Andy Cohen

The Watch What Happens Live host and diehard St. Louis Cardinals fan was clearly having a blast and was probably thinking to himself, “How cute am I in this baseball uniform?” (Photo: Joe Scarnici/Getty Images)

Terry Crews

The former pro athlete turned actor indisputably dominated the game as he did his best impression of the Hulk. (Photo: Rob Leiter/MLB Photos via Getty Images)

Terry Crews, shirtless

“Seriously. Look at me. Just look at me,” Crews thought as he strutted across the field flashing his beyond-ripped chest, arms, and abs. Don’t worry, Terry:Everyone was looking. (Photo: Joe Scarnici/Getty Images)

J.K. Simmons

“I’m gonna show them those new muscles aren’t just for show,” actor J.K. Simmons mused as he ran the bases. (Photo: Joe Scarnici/Getty Images)

Andy Cohen and Jamie Foxx

Camera-ready as usual, Cohen cheesed for the camera while thinking to himself, “I’m with Jamie Foxx! I can’t wait to Instagram this.” Foxx, on the other hand, seemed as if he was doing another one of his fans a favor. (Photo: Jerod Harris/Getty Images for SiriusXM)

Jennie Finch

“Oh, yeah, I still got it,” said two-time Olympic softball medalist Jennie Finch as she swung at the ball. (Photo: Joe Scarnici/Getty Images)

Morris Chestnut

The Rosewood star Morris Chestnut was all about family during the game. “With these dazzling smiles, we’ll distract the other team,” the handsome actor (might have) thought as he and his crew mugged for the camera. (Photo: Joe Scarnici/Getty Images)

Nina Agdal

“So glad I zhooshed up this look,” the model thought, laughing as she rocked her Flashdance leg-warmer-style socks. (Photo: Joe Scarnici/Getty Images)

Pete Wentz

“This would be so much better if they were playing a little Fall Out Boy,” the musician lamented. (Photo: Joe Scarnici/Getty Images)

Rico Rodriguez

“Wait for it … Wait for it …,” Modern Family star seemed to be thinking after he actually hit the ball into the air. (Photo: Joe Scarnici/Getty Images)
